Great opportunity for an Internship in Event Industry

Expert in international standards Event and Entertainment, Creativ’ International is developing Training Programs for Event and Entertainment Industries professionals. Based in Ho Chi Minh City, we offer a position to a motivated Intern to join as support the organization of our creative workshops and participate to the business development of our training programs. The internship will also participate to various tasks of daily operations as well as social medias watch and feed, more specifically to be the interface with Vietnamese clients.

We develop programs of training, coaching and workshops for B2B clients as Event Agencies, corporate marketing departments, professional individuals and freelancers. Our very creative and disruptive approach make us very unique.

The Mission:
Training support:

• Participate to the organization of creative Training and Seminars
• Coordinate the workshops and training activities
• Manage the registration, booking and payments process
• Ensure the communication with the attendees and clients
• Following up on and training schedule preparation
• Manage files, documentation and training material
• Organize accommodation, and transportation reservations (if any)
• Participate to the Training and workshops for Vietnamese speaking audiences

Marketing support:

• Prospect and develop business with event/marcom agencies and Corporation
• Communicate with potential clients and answer their inquiries, prepare quotations (CRM)
• Familiar with social media.

Profiles we look for:

The candidates have an enthusiastic personality, proactive, autonomous, able to work responsibly with a minimum of supervision, clever, keen on learning, able to understand quickly, creative and solutions maker.

• Good understanding of business environment,
• Good speaking-written skills in both English and Tieng Viet (french a must),
• Able to to translate documentation: Viet <–> English,
• Willing to act as interpreter to support live presentations,
• Computer skills: comfortable with general computing use,
• Self-confident, able to think creatively, and keen to learn,
• Comfortable to work remotely.
